The users page displays the Users, and User Groups tables associated with your dashboard. Invite users, edit user information, assign users to groups, and manage your groups all in one location.
Users Table
The Users table lists all the users with access to the dashboard. It includes their names, roles, and emails.
- E-mail: User’s email.
- Active User: User is online and currently interacting with the dashboard. Shown here is green
- Last Name: User’s last name.
- First Name: User’s first name.
- Role: User’s authorized dashboard role.
- Owner: Access to everything, including payment and financial information.
- Administrator: High-level user with full access to the dashboard. Dashboard administrators determine the access and authority of any role below it. No access to payment and financial information.
- Developer: Mid-level user who can adjust specified tools and settings of the IIoT dashboard.
- User: Standard-level user with access to the runtime.
- Edit: Manage a user’s roles, settings, and information.
- Remove: Removes user from the domain. This does not remove a user from another Nimbus808 domain.
User Groups
The User Groups table lists all the groups created in the dashboard. It includes the group name, description, assigned users. Users can belong to more than one Group.
- Group Name: Name of the group.
- Description: Description of the group.
- Users: Users assigned to the group.
- Edit: Manages the group name, description, and assigned users.
- Delete: Deletes the group from the dashboard.
