Select the Invite User button under the Users navigation tab. A new window will appear. Only Owners and Administrators can invite a new User.

Type the new user’s email, select their role, and click Invite User to send them an email invitation.

Role are defined as:
- Owner: Access to everything, including payment and financial information.
- Administrator: High-level user with full access to the dashboard. Dashboard administrators determine the access and authority of any role below it. No access to payment or financial information. Cannot edit an Owner.
- Developer: Mid-level user who can adjust specified tools and settings of the IIoT dashboard.
- User: Standard-level user with basic access to the runtime.
User table will show a status of (Invited) next to the name of the new User until they have completed setting up their account.
If using Groups to manage access to projects and devices, do not forget to add the User to a Group. See Group for information on managing your Group settings.
