What happens to my projects/data when my subscription ends or is cancelled?


We do not store any data associated with a cancelled subscription, or a trial subscription that has ended. This includes projects, user information, device information, and account/billing information.

You will no longer have access to your dashboard user interface or projects/devices/groups/users within the Nimbus808 platform. If:

  • You cancel your Nimbus808 subscription
  • Your free trial period ends and you do not have a valid form of payment on file with Nimbus808
  • Your reoccurring monthly charge cannot be processed for any reason. Not limited to expired CC numbers, change in billing addresses, name changes, etc.
